    This is saddening but I must say, Cloudways has come a long way in resolving such issues.

    Customer Support doesn't require rocket science but this isn't as easy as it seems. After all, dealing with humans and that too humans looking for a solution and with varied emotional states, aren't easy to handle.

    I do agree with you Satya. This can feel as devastating as it sounds.

    To provide better customer experience, customer support reps could've continued for an extra month.

    I totally agree with you, Joseph.
    Integrations bring everything in one dashboard. It makes tasks feel like a breeze and easy to manage.
    Especially, when we talk about enhancing customer service using CRMs integration with Live Chat
