And being able to delete system logs as well would be a huge plus

I actually just posted feedback about this as well. Couldn't find this one earlier. Voted!

I have run into an issue where my disk space was insufficient, multiple times. This is annoying, especially since I can't fix it myself.
It has everytime been 'system logs' only Cloudways could clean up for me. I want to be able to clean those logs myself, for example a action on the server to clean system logs to free disk space.
Also it would be great if we were able to clean and view application logs from the application platform dashboard.

Multi-tier (more than one server for my application, load balancer, web servers, database server...)

In addition a couple more API ideas:
*Post /server and post /app*
I would like to be able to give my app a cname directly on creat of the app of server. Now I have to create the APP or Server and then do an extra post to /app/manage/cname to add my own domain. It would be way more efficient if I could do this directly..* API GET /server *
It would also be nice to be able to request information about one specific server (all the details, apps, etc.). This data is returned by the operation that creates the server, so I can do this but it would be cleaner to be able to do something like GET /server/{serverid}* API documentation *
Also, it would be nice if the API documenation would contain a list of possible return values on the GET operation/{id} > type field. It is not documented now what values we can expect to be returned.Dirk shared this idea ·

Please DO add this feature. It seems like a small change with the API that is already available. The only thing really needed is the root folder structure to be (optionally) renamed to something that does not contain cloudways. IMO everything else needed for (white-label) reselling is already possible.

Ps. I don't intend to come over complaining or bitchy. In general I am really happy with Cloudways and the overall service. In general I am really patient as well. I don't mind waiting 5 or 10 minutes for an answer. However, if it takes 2 hours for 3 answers it's getting a bit out of hand, especially since the answers were not really helpful and my questions get handled really hasty without real attention to my actual issue. Hope I don't come over the wrong way because I am still a Cloudways fan :)
