    My understanding was the "Self-healing restarts" was supposed to handle this, but it never does.

    Pretty obvious missing requirement.

    This "gmail-only" nonsense is absurd. Already lost a major referral client over this because it's so ridiculous.

    Another element making it harder and harder to recommend Cloudways to clients.

    And the supposed security reason for this is equally absurd. Given how trivial it is to create a Gmail address, it's a pretty customer-abusive requirement for so little security benefit.

    To expand on Brandon's comment - there's a misunderstanding that you need a separate email address/team member for each client. While this was true many years ago, CW did at least update so that a single team member can be created which can be added to any number of client accounts.

    So my SOP is to have my me@business.com email for my primary CW admin account, then me+cwteam@business.com as the email for my team member. I then give this team member full privileges on my own servers and have clients add it to their servers.

    Then I do all my day-to-day admin work from my team member login so I never have to switch accounts, whether working on my own or clients' servers - except to do very high-level admin changes to my own account which may not be available to team member accounts.
