Seems like it should be pretty straightforward to let us designate our cash balance as the backup payment method to only be used if the card on file fails a payment. Instead of the other way around the way it now where cash balance is always considered primary payment method even if that's not what best for the customer.

CW has no method for managing journal logs - so they grow constantly and never get tailed/deleted. Just had to manually request support to delete them as server was inexplicably running out of space (25 gigs of storage with only 7 gigs of site usage)
Over 9GBs! of space was being wasted (that's 40% of the server space).
I'm betting some less-experienced users have upgraded servers for more space due to this issue.
Log management needs to be MUCH better handled - pretty essential functionality for a VPS.

Even better would be to also be able to disable it on a per-app basis!

This option has now been implemented in the CW dashboard. Thought I'd mention it since Cloudways doesn't seem to actually monitor or respond to any of these feedback posts.

X-Robots headers can be added via the regular htaccess file.
<FilesMatch ".(doc|pdf|xml)$">
Header set X-Robots-Tag "noindex, noarchive, nosnippet"

@Dany - you can use the Add Funds function to prepay your server fees if you wish to give Cloudways a big chunk of your money to use for free because they can't implement a simple solution to this issue.
They used to provide a discount for this kind of prepayment, but as far as I know, that was discontinued.
