My understanding was the "Self-healing restarts" was supposed to handle this, but it never does.
Pretty obvious missing requirement.

This "gmail-only" nonsense is absurd. Already lost a major referral client over this because it's so ridiculous.
Another element making it harder and harder to recommend Cloudways to clients.
And the supposed security reason for this is equally absurd. Given how trivial it is to create a Gmail address, it's a pretty customer-abusive requirement for so little security benefit.

A 2gig/2CPU server would be such a sweet spot for so many small business e-commerce or LMS sites.
Too bad Cloudways refuses to respond to or interact with any of the suggestions made in their own feedback forum.
