There could even be a simple "Clear Cloudflare Cache" plugin that adds a "Clear Cloudflare Cache" option in the menu. There could be a function call that you could add to functions.php in a hook for third-party plugins so it gets called when the third-party plugin clears the cache. An example with WP Rocket is after_rocket_clean_domain.
I'm not sure how you do this with the Enterprise account but there has to be a way to make this happen.
