I've developed a responsive theme, however I've also added custom CSS that applies exclusively to mobile devices (not with media queries, but with custom CSS classes), as WordPress injects a "mobile" CSS class into the body tag when viewed on a mobile device. The result is that sometimes the cached CSS files (optimized and combined) are served late to desktop users. Therefore, I thought that the solution would be to separate the cache files for each device (Desktop and Mobile) in order to avoid any mix-ups.
