Can we have an information window for the sever showing which applications have an SSL certificate enabled and which don't (expired) ...
We have had issues with auto renewal not working and without going to each application in turn, it is impossible to see at a glance which renewals have failed1 vote
The comparison chart here:
does not clearly explain the differences between DO and DO Premium and Vultr and Vultr High Frequency
Add lines to the very top of the unordered list that in a very basic way describe the processor differences:

It would be a great Idea to add a standerd second option next to Let's Encrypt. That could be a SSL suitable for eCommerce site.
And if you want a custom SSL, you stil can use your "Third-party" SSL2 votes
I'd like to have the abiity to implement the following headers on NginX and Apache so I can convince my clients they can pass Header Security Test in conjunction with PCI/DSS. The following are recommendations.
addheader X-Frame-Options "SAMEORIGIN" always;
addheader X-Xss-Protection "1; mode=block" always;
add_header X-Content-Type-Options "nosniff" always;
Header always set X-Frame-Options "SAMEORIGIN"
Header always set X-Xss-Protection "1; mode=block"
Header always set X-Content-Type-Options "nosniff"
Referrer-Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin18 votes
The ability to install a Wiki platform like MediaWiki, Wiki.js or DokuWiki would be very helpful. I'm not even sure these are supported for installation through PHP1 vote
When we perform site care monthly for 100+ sites, having to wait for each staging to build before spinning up staging for another site slows everything down a lot.
I'd love to be able to select multiple applications and initiate creation of a staging or clone at once so I can set up the sites for that day without having to check back in every few minutes to start the next staging site.1 vote
Just simply allow the same password protection option from the UI like staging applications have for any application.1 vote
Request a ultimate guide on setting up WordPress Multisite on existing site (Subdirectory one)
I know there is a subdomain ultimate tutorial
However, it uses subdomain as example.
I have searched a lot about setting up the subdirectory multisite on Cloudways, just don't have a great answer.
Even the support staff from cloudways don't know how to do it. I have asked them twice, they are just unclear about it.1 vote
I'm an old user but recently I purchased hosted exchange services from another company. I like their usability but I'm more of a cloudways fan. Please I urge you do make your Cpanel like https://www.theemailshop.co.uk/hosted-exchange-email-uk/ as I want to continue your uptime services2 votes
- Allow arguments in the 'simple' cron interface
- Allow quotes 'simple' cron interface
- Add functionality to test a cron with a button, and show it's response (like Plesk)
- Have a clear location for logs when errors are given in crons
It would be great to have the option to specify payment methods on a per-server basis. This way, I could allow clients to pay for their own server without having to transfer the server to a client account. Most of my clients don't understand, or care to learn, about having their own account. They just want to pay and have me take care of the details.
Ideally, I could establish a default payment method for all servers on my account and then override payment information for individual servers as needed.1 vote
Currently, we have to manage SSH keys individually for every server. It would be awesome to be able to add global SSH keys, and then when a new server is created, those SSH keys are automatically installed on every server.
Additionally, it would be nice if when we added a account-level SSH key, it was added to all existing servers.6 votes
Give contact status control for elastic mail to alleviate deliverability issues ourselves relating to contact status.1 vote
Would be great to have a Local Development tool that can push/pull to Cloudway like Local.4 votes
Ability to renew Cloudways CDN SSL on the Cloudways dashboard to eliminate the need to contact support every time it is nearing its expiration.
Also, show the number of days left before the SSL certificate of both Let's Encrypt and the Cloudways CDN.1 vote
I would like the ability to give an account a nickname as a team member. When I have multiple accounts in my dropdown, they only show the primary account holder's first name. If you have two accounts in there with Mark as the first name, it's confusing.
While MalCare is a great option for WordPress, I would like a one-click install with some generic bot protection when we're using cms platforms like Concrete5, Laravel or custom PHP apps. Thanks for your consideration.1 vote
