Can we make it where you can set your own default admin username instead of always using the account email?
It would be great if you could search the applications list with a keyword.
Now we have many applications on different servers and it is a bit cumbersome to find the correct application.
This is how I now do it:
1. Go to applications list and select one application by random
2. Change server from the top drop down list
3. Change to correct application in applications drop down list
It would be great for applications list to have a search functionality.2 votes
It is very very annoying that the system generates unrelated folder names for each appliaction - Please allow us to choose the name of the folder when creating a new application2 votes
And allow us to make a note about why the backup was taken!1 vote
It would be great to see Statamic added to the list of applications for auto-install. This is a very fast-growing CMS with an increasing following.2 votes
it would be great if you make it available to limit resources for a specific app3 votes
Please add Postgres SQL along with MySQL3 votes
When an application goes over its allocated limit of CPU/RAM/SDD, an email or text message could be sent to the owner to alert them of the situation. The message could include the details of log files of the offending application or problem so the owner can quickly resolve the problem.

I don't want to enable CORs for my entire application, which includes lots of dynamics, APIs, etc. I only want to enable for specific static file extensions (e.g., css, js, fonts, images), and most of these are served by Nginx, so I can't add .htaccess rules either.1 vote
is the best free & open-source URL shortening service, it offers the ability to manage our shorten branded URLs, it's very easy to use, has a lot of features through add-ons, and can do a better job than any other shorten URL service1 vote
On the Application Management screen, on the Access Details panel, there is a section "Admin Panel" that shows a username and password. The password here needs to be editable because the application (like Magento) might require a user to update their password from within the application. When the user does that, this password is no longer up to date.1 vote
On different platforms it is possible to have different versions of PHP for different applications.
It would be very good if CloudWays provided that too.1 vote

currently you can change the application name after you create it, but its just a shortcut, so in the ftp folder you will have 2 folders for each application, this can get confusing quick
so it would be nice to be able to set the original name when creating the application the first place1 vote
If I do not have enough space on the disk to restore from backup then it should disable the UI restore button and send an email or warning to scale up the disk space.1 vote
Bot Protection DISABLED BY DEFAULT in the application
I suggest adding an option to start a new app on the server with the application of the Protection bot OFF by DEFAULT.
If needed, the administrator can activate it later.
This prevents false positive blocking when the site is being developed.
We always use the wordfence plugin for wordpress, it works much better than Malcare's Bot protection.
Thanks for listening.1 vote
Cloudways should also add the Open-source version of the LiteSpeed Webserver which is the direct competitor of NGINX.18 votes
Nowadays people are moving to faster internet connection so most users are using IPV6.
But in CloudWays there is no option to enable ipv6 on Servers (Digitalocean).
So some times who are using the only ipv6, their end our website will not load up.
So here is my request to CloudWays team enable IPV6 for better performance on servers and customer satisfaction.
- Don't see your idea?
