Add feedback.cloudways.com to the Member's Area and Site Footer
It would be great if the feedback platform could be directly linked from the Member's Area and the Cloudways site footer.
I always forget how to get back here and I'm sure a lot of customers potential and otherwise would be pleased to see you have taken the time to set a platform like this up!

This has been done. You can find feedback link in the footer of home page and in the member area too (same location as in console).
