Please send a mail when account closure request is sent. And also send email alerts when the account is scheduled for closure.
I did not requested for account closure. But my account was scheduled for the closure. Now I am not able to take any backup or anything as I am not able to login to cloudways server.
I was not informed by email that the account is requested for closure.
