I SPEND 6 HOURS WITH 4 TECH SUPPORT REPS. AND FOLLOWED THE LAST LADY EVERY STEP AND STILL WAS NOT ABLE TO CHANGE PASSWORD SUCCESSFULLY. WHAT WASTE.
I REGRET SIGNING UP WITH CLOUDWAYS SO MUCH.
SINCE 1999 I NEVER HAD SUCH USER UNFRIELDY SOFTWARE TO DO THE SIMPLE OPERATION LIKE CHANGING PASSWORD.
CLOUDWAYS IS THE MOST USER UNFRIELDY PROVIDER.
