Enable ElasticSearch Plugins
It would be a HUGE improvement for Elasticsearch if we could install/enable following plugins:
Is there a specific reason why these would not be allowed to have? I see no harm in adding them. For instance, it would enable Magento users to add elasticsuite.
The following Elastic Search Plugins are now available by default with all Elastic Search versions.

This is really bad and frustrating.
I am absolutely unsatisfied with this situation.
I use Magento 2 and cloudways offer Elastic Search but very limited and i con't use it.
This is Elastic Search without Elastic Search.
I will move all directly to Digital Ocean at the half of price with all i am needed.
I totally agree. We don't need to have all of the ES plugin available or as an option to install, but please the common ones are quite crucial.
Bonsai.io also give limitations into their ES plugin to be installed, but the commons ones are there by default. I would really love to see this coming in 2018!

I was also told by tech support that elastic search plugins cannot be added! As Rob mentioned, Cloudways supporting elastic search is a bit misleading. If you are using Magento 2 and want to use the best elastic search plugin by Smile, your website will break in Cloudways!
+1 , or at least consider adding international languages support

Elasticsearch Plugins Enabled
Was just told by tech support we cannot install any of the Elasticsearch plugins, specifically my Magento 2 project requires:
Very frustrating that you advertise Elasticsearch on Cloudways only to find out towards end of site development that we can't use Elasticsearch plugins. Now I have to migrate.
