Magento version releases every few days or weeks. i asked for magento version update, the staff said its add on and it cost 250 dollors! So customer pays every few weeks 250 dollors to get the magento server update? when i installed magento from cloudways one click, the version is old. it should be free update available from the support whenever new release.
