Please Add resale services
Need to develop client account control such as limit number of application installation per project or member, limit bandwidth, limit disk quote... etc.
As the second point, It would be great if can add an option to hide previous support tickets for selected team members. Currently when I check "Support Access" under permission then that user can access to any of the support ticket including attachments, login details... etc.
Also, I think better if you can can create a hide/disable option for application login credentials.
I hope your amazing team can develop this platform day by day.

it does not give me control over the access customers have, and it is not whitelabeld.
Out of all current ideas, this is number 4. I would have thought this would be on the roadmap for sure. Come on Cloudways, you can gear this to make more money and make a lot of clients happy.
Reseller isn't really necessary the plan pricing offered a larger set of benefits with the higher-tiered prices or for the number of servers under a given account.
For instance, at the $7/month plan, a client who's coming to me for hosting is not going to be thrilled that I'm charing (for example) $30/month when they can the same hosting resources for $7/month if they were to pay Cloudways directly. Or worse...if I'm subscribed at a higher price point but then divvy up the resources between 10 clients, they are actually getting less for their money by 'sharing' the resources.

Instead of offering a reseller option they should offer a discount on long-term use (like GC do) or on the amount of VMs deployed. The pricing on GC instances don't really add up, the margin from a 1.7GB shared VM to a 3.75GB VM is pretty extreme. Don't get me wrong, it is a great platform for those who don't want to manage servers but I feel transparency on pricing is needed. I am still weighing up the odds of using Cloudways vs ServerPilot.

As an owner of a small business working mainly on building websites for business customers, I would very much like to see also the option of selling my clients various hosting plans under my account. In this case, features like File Manager, Disk Usage, maybe even an entire cPanel and so on will be very critical!
Please DO add this feature. It seems like a small change with the API that is already available. The only thing really needed is the root folder structure to be (optionally) renamed to something that does not contain cloudways. IMO everything else needed for (white-label) reselling is already possible.
Like a few have already said - please *don't* add this as a feature. Focus on your core platform.

IMHO Cloudways should NOT add reseller services. They're a platform built for agencies, web designers and developers.
For resellers, Cloudways is equivalent to a server with cPanel/WHM and a web apps installer such as Installatron or Softaculous. So, you can just set up a server with Digital Ocean, Kyup, Vultr or others (where you'll also have full root access) and simply install WHM and WHMCS - and voilà.

Im going against the grain here and saying I dont want you to offer a reseller service. Your already a reseller of server space in a way. Every company i have seen go down this route, grow too fast and the customers suffer. Stick to providing a good platform for those who need it.
Please consider this soon! A massive opportunity for you to get loads of new customers using your platform!
Especially the domain/renaming issue.
reselling via a whmcs module will be great
I'm very interested in white labeling this as well.

Any update on this?
I need a white label feature too to show my customers my brand version of the hosting they purchased.
It the console URL and login can be customized with our own URL e.g. login.mydomain.com or console.mydomain.com and logos changed to our company logo would be sufficient to start with.
Changing colors would be great too to reflect the company branding, but my main concern is the login, URL and logo.
I heard something is in the make, and also an API version.
Thanks for the soonest update.
Just want to put on record, that I am also very interested in this feature. Please put it on the roadmap.
Don't have to be anything special, just the option to use a custom URL and logo, thats it.

David, we do not have any plans regarding this for the near future. We have not fully declined this idea due to number of people backing it but it doesn't enter our roadmap as we have many other priorities to meet before being able even to consider it.
Would you still consider adding this in the future? Would love to know if it's even being considered.

We don't have plans for now to white-label the whole platform. We want to focus in improving it.
David as for the problem you have with cloudwaysapps subdomain, you could easily use your own subdomain:
* Deploy and app on Cloudways. It will get a cloudwaysapps.com subdomain i.e. app1.cloudwaysapps.com.
* Create a CNAME in one of your own domains to the cloudwaysapps subdomain i.e.
app1.davidowndomain.com CNAME app1.cloudwaysapps.com.
* Tell your customer to point his/her site to the app1.davidowndomain.com i.e.
happy.customerdomain.com CNAME app1.davidowndomain.com
This way you don't have to disclose Cloudways subdomain to your customer.
We know this is not a perfect solution, but a solution for your customization needs at the moment.
This is a pretty vital need for those of us looking to build a hosted SAAS on top of Cloudways. It's created confusion for some of my customers already having to point their Subdomains at *.cloudwaysapps.com - Being able to use my own domain like MyCompanyApps.com alone would help me significantly.
