Add elastic email log in console
I really like how easy it is to use elastic email in Cloudways. However, there is no way to find out if emails were sent/delivered. We have to chat with support to check if an email was sent.
It would be nice to have an interface in console to view sent email logs.

Hello
We have added the integration on Cloudways Platform, users have the ability to download logs from the platform along with domain verification for
transactional email please refer to https://support.cloudways.com/en/articles/5130879-how-to-activate-the-elastic-email-add-on for more details

Oh dear, so glad I read this, yes it needs much better integration.
1. A log viewer, is critical!
2, ability to set default domain also very important.
Please Cloudways, sending email from sites is critical, make your preferred supplier better integrated!

100% required. I have only been here 3 days and fully expected this to be native.

I agree with this. I'm experiencing the same issues with having to go to the chat to look at the logs and it's so very time consuming.

This is extremely important and needed right now. I have to reach out to chat to get the log, make a change, retest, ask for the logs again, and repeat on a loop until my issue is solved.
Also having to reach out to support for every domain in order to get it configured properly is annoying. Setting the email address in application settings DOES NOT WORK. We still have to have support set the default and verify.

This is a must. Otherwise i'm forced to use other Mailing Service just because of the logs !

We are also unable to set the Default Domain, and Verify the Domain without access to Elastic Email. We have to reach out to Cloudways support EVERY time we need these steps completed for EVERY domain.
This is time-consuming and can easily be fixed if a separate Elastic Email account was created for each Clouways user, rather than using one single Cloudways account for every user..

Because there is no way of knowing whether emails got sent or not and also not being able to see remaining quota, we are in a dilema to use Elastic Email server - UI to see these would be great.

Elasticemail is a useful add-on. It would be very useful to be able to access email logs particularly for larger list emails. Currently one has to ask your team for the logs.
