EWWW Image Optimizer integration
It would be great if EWWW Image Optimizer plugin would be a part of default WordPress app installation. There is an issue with installing EWWW to an existing WordPres app.
I arelady talk to EWWW developers about that.

We have deployed missing packages so EWWW can fully work on top of our platform. We do not have plans to add it as default but now, anyone wanting to use it should have no problems.

No more in the default install!! - There are lots of great services that do this without putting extra load on the server.

Thanks Daniel and John for your comments. I agree that adding more stuff to default WP installation isn't a perfect solution, but this plugin doesn't work on Cloudways servers as an option. Cloudways and EWWW developers suggested this option which will make EWWW plugin properly configurated on a fresh installation.

PLEASE don't add more crap to the default installation of WP.
This might be a wonderful plugin, but shouldn't these be OPTIONAL? Instead of forced on every single wp install we spin up?
There is NO such thing as a default set of plugins that every site needs, it should always be considered per project.
We have enough issues with the current rubbish plugins W3 cache and Wordfence breaking sites right and left...

Thanks for submitting this. I agree. I have been using EWWW for a long time and was unhappy to see it wasn't support. However, it is good news for the developers of EWWW because it made me sign up for a paid subscription which is handled on the cloud and not on your Cloudways server.
