Allow OPCache Settings
Allow OPCache Settings to be managed by us. I've tried to do it so via php.ini and .htaccess directives, but neither has worked with some few values.
Also it's kind of annoying to have to talk to the support team everytime I need something to be changed.

This is now available through Server Settings.

APC != Opcache, APC in php 7 most only user for user data (cache) just like redis. The opcode cache is handled by OPCache extension and it was bundled since PHP 5.5. It would be great if OPCache setting also configurable via Server Setting

Agree.
Opcache replaced APC in the new stack, but we cannot change OPcache memory
