Include Cloudways DNS
Having a DNS is very important, as redirecting from CNAME hurts SEO. It's a very basic feature, and must be included.

This is very important to have! I had to give up using CloudWays for work because majority of my customers choose Domain Providers that wont allow me to configure DNS settings. Thus making my work very difficult.

Totall agree, I have been on cloudways support every day and it's v. frustrating having to ask a 3rd party via screenshots to change CNAME etc. required for all sorts of validation. I'm looking at just doing DNS made easy as a separate account now

Fully agree. Hosting without DNS is an incomplete solution.

My domain registrar only allows to delegate domain to a Name Server.
It would be very important to be able to have an interface to set A, CNAME, TXT records directly from Cloudways.
