We all know that Vultr recently decreased their Server Pricing.
It's now offering 512MB Server fro 2.5$ and 1GB Server for 5$
But Cloudways is charging insanely on top of that for offering Vultr Servers.
For 5$ Vultr Plan ( 1GB Server ), We need to pay 11$. That is 220% more than what we pay at Vultr
This insane price is for the other plans too. And, There's no 2.5$ plan option in CloudWays.
please support this feedback until CloudWays changes the pricing.333 votes

Cloudways offers an API that you can integrate with:
We don't have a plan to offer Docker support with our servers at the moment.
Please do this.93 votes
It will be cool to have as default or as addon like the other speed improvements84 votes
Dropping definitely HHVM and focusing on PHP7 / HTTP2 instead.
It would be neat to add the possibility to directly access the Rackspace control panel where we can:
- add/remove/edit email addresses
- add DKIM records
- change the webmail login url
- add webmail Company logo
- and other things Rackspace offer to their direct customers45 votes
We have added the ability to manage emails addresses within the Cloudways platform, using the built-in integration on the platform you add/remove/edit email addresses and also set aliases and catch-all. we believe the platform integration is enough to handle the needs of our customers for more details please refer to https://support.cloudways.com/en/articles/5133515-how-to-use-rackspace-email-add-on
It would appear that Varnish 4.0.2 (which is on my server at www.bizi.fit) does NOT support HTTP/2. The recommended configurations are to enable HTTP/2 (which I have), and to use Varnish caching (for performance).
Are there any plans to upgrade Varnish to 5.0 (or perhaps upon request), in order to actually support HTTP/2. Currently, I can only get use out of HTTP/2 if I DISABLE Varnish cache.34 votes
In our provided WebStack ( nginx → varnish → apache ).
Since Nginx (which has support of HTTP/2) is in front this eliminates a need of upgrading varnish to 5.0 as far as HTTP/2 is concerned.
In case you are seeing issues please open a ticket through support panel, we will be happy to assists you further.
Provide an option to use our own Amazon or Digital Ocean accounts. This way we own the cloud server.17 votes
Please read our comment for reasoning on it.
It'll be best if we can have a way to monitor server resource of ALL servers in a table format so it'll be easier for us to check if a server has a problem.
As of now, we need to "open" each server and then monitor individually.8 votes
The current extension by Phoenix is outdated and does not support either the latest version of Mage CE that comes with your installer nor hole punching via ESI.
We will stick to Phoenix Page Cache by now that is working quite well and we have recently integrated with 1.9.

How to integrate various applications data together?4 votes
As there has been no clarification.
I have noticed that Digital Ocean released floating IP's about a month ago. Will this be incorporated in the Cloudways Platform in the near future? This will be ideal for HA applications.
Jean, we try as hard as we can not to add provider specific features in our platform. That would mean adding complexity and locking certain features to certain vendors, something we definitely don’t want (same happens with AWS, GCE …).
To create a certain level of high availability on top of our platform, you could use DNS Made Easy fail-over failure http://help.dnsmadeeasy.com/dns-failover/configure-dns-failover/ (you would need to get your own DNSMadeEasy account, as we don’t support failover via our add-on). In any case, the issue of database sync would remain.
In our road-map, we have working on a highly available and auto-scalable option for the platform as a high priority.
It would be good if there was an option not to run Apache as the same user as SSH / file owner. That way it would be possible to make files & folders read-only as far as the server / PHP is concerned.3 votes
I would like to create a 'blueprint' wordpress installation with my custom themes and plugins installed. This would speed up my workflow because I don't have to install my default themes and plugins.
Stijn this is easy to achieve already with current features.
Create a server in an infrastructure provider that doesn’t charge for stopped servers (or better said just charges for disk usage, i.e. a t2.small on AWS).
Deploy whatever plugins, themes you need or usually use for your baseline deployments in this server.
Use this server as template. Clone this server to same or another infrastructure provider that you usually use. Stop the template server (minimal charges, just disc). Develop any project on the cloned server.
When you need to start another project, start the template server, clone again …
If you now use a new plugin on your base deployments. Start template, update it, clone and stop …
Hope it works.

The database management app is not good for viewing and scanning your data if you have more than two or three columns. I have a 22 inch monitor, yet I can only view about 6 inches of my table's columns because the database tool is a fixed width. To scroll, I need to first scroll to the very of the page and then scroll horizontally. While scrolling I cannot see the column names, so I have to scroll back up to see which columns are in view, then scroll back down to scroll horizontally again if the columns aren't yet completely in view. Making the database tool 100% width and height would make it much more usable. Or just consider using phpMyAdmin :)
