Automated website optimisation
Why do we need to manually optimise each aspect of website performance for each of our applications if Google and other created mod_pagespeed and constantly adding new functionality to it for the last six years?
DreamHost, Pressable, GoDaddy, SiteGround, MAXCDN, Aol, LinkedIn and other have adopted it. I don't understand why we don't have it.
It has over 40 filters that can greatly improve our workflow, and save us a lot of time doing something that can be automated with few clicks.

Mention about Off-site backups charges in pricing table and add a calculator to estimate the backup fee
I'm unaware of off-sites backups until I check my billing. Why don't you mention about this extra charge to the customer? Why can't we disable it? They are many free plugins in WordPress for daily backups.

Implement OpenSSL 1.0.2 (or later) for Chrome to benefit from HTTP/2 using ALPN
See the "Note:" section below:

"Currently HTTP/2 via NPN is supported at Cloudways. ALPN requires a more recent OpenSSL (1.0.2), which are not yet made available by Debian. If you are using the very latest build of Chrome, you will not be able to take advantage of HTTP/2 on your websites, because Chrome has dropped support for NPN. You will continue to access your websites on HTTP/1.1."I'm looking to get ALPN (Chrome) support for HTTP/2, see also:

Flush Redis cache button
Hi. It would be very useful to have a button to flush Redis cache, since you published a tutorial about that software, but there isn't a simple option to clear it when something goes wrong with WordPress (e.g. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/blank-homepage-after-update-to-2-0-9/)

Informational webpage displaying all installed tools on the servers
It's great to discover that we have pre-installed tools such as Git and Composer on the PHP stack servers, but I can't seem to find an up to date webpage that lists all of the current tools installed. If there is not a page for this, could we have one made? It would help with forward planning and knowing which servers support which tools.

Redirect after login
We often will hand team members urls to our servers or applications in cloudways, eg: https://platform.cloudways.com/server/999999/access_detail
If they're not logged in (which is likely due to the short logout-timeout), they have to log in, which brings them to the main page for the account, rather than redirecting to the url they originally went to...The workflow should be like other sites, eg:
- go to https://platform.cloudways.com/server/99999/access_detail
- site redirects you to the login panel
- after successfully logging in, it redirects you back to https://platform.cloudways.com/server/9999/access_detail6 votes -

Feature Request - Indicate if application is enabled in 'Applications' dashboard / tab
I sometimes spin up demo apps for clients but then don't hear back (or other reasons) - I don't feel comfortable deleting the apps but would like to quickly turn off 'stale' ones & test the waters
It would be amazing if I could just see a red/green indicator or even better a toggle switch to enable or disable the app on this page https://platform.cloudways.com/apps
ie: the 'APPLICATION ACCESS' flag
I think the same feature would benefit this endpoint as well :)

CloudWays website seriously slow in India? From frontend to backend. Please optimize it.
Hi, I'm a visitor to your website. Forwarded by a youtube. But it's seriously slow. My 4G internet is capable to play Full HD 1444p easily. But your site loading time minimum of 2 to 3 minutes to show 1st content. And also in the Admin Dashboard. Indians really need your service but man who trusts a hosting service which is loading slowly at their own website. Please fix.

Lengthen platform sessions
I find it annoying that I have to log in often to access cloudways platform options and the database manager. Would be great if you'd use sessions that lasted far longer than now.
Also in the database manager it would be helpful to have a log of previously entered SQL statements.

Show on the App Dashboard which Apps are Enabled or Disabled
Currently you have to click into each app to see if it is enabled or disabled. Would be great to have an indicator on the Application Dashboard page (I was told it was a grey color but I don't see that).

I have seen spam in the feedback portal, would be nice if you let users flag/report those threads.

Thanks for your feedback Jaime. With the new console, to be released beginning of April. member area is merged with console, so there will be no need for a link between the two.

autoredirect (or option) on login to Server Overview
When I log into the website, it's a pain in the ass to have to click Servers (after I click application click and go, or w/e the name is) because I do this like 5-25 times a week.

Move the 'Feedback' button
It's in the way of the account management menu from a smaller screen size :) A link in the footer, perhaps? Great site otherwise! Very stoked to get started with Cloudways.

Verifying Phone Number
Tried verifying my phone number. However, after selecting my country, the website doesn't offer an option to enter the country code. As a result, there's considerable time lost, wasted in repeated attempts as you want it to succeed one-time and move on to create new business.
Would appreciate if you set all such sign up and sign in steps to error free, simple progression.

Local Time in dashboard
It would be nice if you would show MY local time on the dashboard instead of server time. I have no idea where the server is, and even if I do, I have to remember the country, and the offset in hours, and do math every time I look at a time. You're a computer. You know where the server is, and you know where I am, just do all that for me.
