Fix the ClicknGo functions that don't work in Firefox
There's no way Cloudways should have functionality in the ClicknGo console that fails outright when using Firefox. (Specifically referring to clicktocopy buttons). At this point in time, cross-browser functionality should be a given, especially for admin pages.
Either implement the extra functionality in a way that is compatible with all major browsers, create an automatic fallback solution for no-supported browsers, or at the very least, put a notation on each non-compatible function marking the browsers with which it will not work. As it is now, it's a major frustration that makes Cloudways look amateurish when the reason for the failure…

Paul can you list any other functionality that is not working with Firebox (besides clicktocopy) and the version of Firefox you are using and in which OS?. This will help.
We do try to test console functionality in all browsers/OS combinations, but we may have missed some.

Support Logstash
To centralize the logs from our many servers we want to use logstash. This makes it easy to overview all our customers servers and catch errors in time. In order to forward logs to an external service where logstash is running the client server (you) need to install Logstash forwarder. See this tutorial: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-elasticsearch-logstash-and-kibana-4-on-ubuntu-14-04#configure-logstash-forwarder
You would need to add a configuration form to your control panel to set the logstashserverprivate_address variable.

Automatic DNS for WordPress MU
In cases like mine, with WordPress MU. I am building a 'Shopify' like site with WordPress MU and WooCommerce. This means my users will be creating the sites on their end.
Through praticallity sub-domains ('customershop.ourdomain.com') are our preferred choice of URL structure.
The way Cloudways works right now, this is only possible if I create the users site then add the sub-domain to the DNS list in Click & Go.
Somehow making this automatic so sub-domains can be created in WP MU and be provisioned throughout the DNS would be awesome.
(I don't know... maybe adding a nameserver service so…

Be able to name backups
It is good to be able to name backups like wpengine hosting does. here in cloudways backups are named by creation date but I think it is good to name backups manually.

SFTP Mode Like Pantheon
One thing I love about Pantheon is that it already has a GIT server. Secondly, the most fantastic part is that it doesn't add any code in the install until its committed through pantheon's dashboard... in short mimics GIT Push.

Include Cloudways DNS
Having a DNS is very important, as redirecting from CNAME hurts SEO. It's a very basic feature, and must be included.

Force Varnish cache when HTTP Authentication is enabled
For development reasons we protect our application with HTTP AUTH
After user has been authenticated varnish is not caching the request because of the authorization header always being sent (see default.vcl).
Add "unset req.http.Authorization" after auth check on vcl_recv to force caching.

Allow setting number of apache threads
We need to increase PHP memory significantly for some resource intensive tasks. To allow the server to still have enough memory, we should reduce the number of Apache threads. Please provide this capability.

Add option to enable mod_rewrite for clean URLS in Drupal
When going through the installation of Drupal 8 there is a warning indicating clean URL's are disabled. Drupal 8 comes with clean URL's enabled by default and can not be disabled. The only reason the setup script would show this warning is if mod_rewrite was not setup in Apache.
Is there currently a way to enable mod_rewrite? If not please include it as an option to enable via the server settings. This is a potential deal breaker for me. Not having this option will prevent me from installing Drupal 8
