Cloudways should work properly with WinSCP and Filezilla
Cloudways always gives errors with WinSCP and FileZilla clients. Even while executing SSH commands from Cloudways's own SSH it takes almost 1 light year to execute it.

Tack a separate backup and restore point inside subdirectory folder.
Tack a separate backup and restore point inside the subdirectory folder.
For example if my site installs in the main directory as well as in subdirectory, then there should be a separate backup for it.

Capped Storage For Applications
Set limits for storage for specific or all applications.
This will help digital agencies manage their hosting platforms for multiple websites.
I, for example, have one client who is uploading a lot of photos and is using a huge portion of the space (6GB in fact!) I'd like to limit this app so that others don't lose out on space.

Ability to rename the default application URLS
When you create a new application, it creates a url that is very difficult to remember and difficult to type/send to people (for example https://wordpress-123456-1234567.cloudwaysapps.com/).
It would be extremely useful if we could change this url... to https://my-application-name.cloudwaysapps.com. This would make keeping track of and memorising multiple applications that don't/yet have a unique domain name much easier

When pulling from live to staging have option to delete any extra file/folder
When pulling from Live to Staging it would be good to have the option to delete any extra files/folders which are already present in staging, but do not appear in Live. This would give the option so that staging is reset and becomes an exact mirror of live. Currently any new files added to staging remain even after a pull from Live.

Easy option to create a subdirectory or subdomain for app
Adding a different section of a website on subdirectory or subdomain is common and healthy.
It is better to use one domain and create subdirectory or subdomain for different projects instead of getting different domains.
There is a need to add an easy way to install app on a subdirectory or subdomain.

Possibility to add Applications in subdirectories
It's very simple on Cloudways Console to map a domain or subdomain. It would be great to have the same possibility when we need to map subdirectories with applications.

Fix bug not sorting Application List folders
BUG. In the list of Applications, choosing the folder view does not sort by folder name. So, what is the purpose of the option if it doesn't sort? The folder name is shown unsorted in the other options as well. This is a bug. The programmer did not finish the job. Please make this simple fix so we can have lots of new ways to further focus our lists. You recommend creating a Favorites folder, but it's unusable if we can't see the Favorites grouped together. Thank you.

Set Preferred settings for new applications
When creating a new application, I have to go in and enable/disable all of my preferred settings (like enabling SSH, disabling Varnish, creating SSH credentials and importing my public key).
It'd be great if I could have my preferred settings saved as a template when creating a new application. SSH credentials can be automatically generated, but the public key set in the template and applied automatically.

Show UNIQUE constraint in Database Manager
Hi, I've found cloudways database manager friendly and agile enough. However, I wanted to check and manipulate 'UNIQUE' constraints in database, which were nowhere to be found.
Please display UNIQUE constraint and allow its mutation in Cloudways database manager.
Thanks

Allow more than one SSL Certificate per Application. SAN or WILDCArd SSL does not solve this problem
More than one SSL should be allowed to be installed on per-application bases. SAN SSL or Wildcard SSL does not cover this case.
This is what I mean.
When running a Wordpress multisite network with subdomains as subsites, wild card SSL can only cover the subsites and the primary domain name.
If you intend to map custom domain names to individual subsides, this becomes impossible. Even though a SAN certificates can cover this, it has its limits of only 100 domains. This is essentially limiting your business to only 100 customers. This is already possible with hosting accounts running Cpanel.

Necessary for security hardening of production sites - magento or wordpress need the nginx configs hardened for sure

Implement shared files/folders when deploying with git
It would be great if you had the ability to define shared files and folders that symlink to your deployment when you clone a repository using the "Deploy with git" tool on the dashboard.
This way we can keep config files and upload folders seperate and they are not removed when you deploy.
