You must Add reset permissions to application level via UX
Most times your support does any work on my behalf the permissions get messed up and then have to recontact support to set permissions to application level. This is an extremely frustrating restriction on the user and is making me consider to switch hosts. I really suggest you add a self serve option to the UX sooner rather than later.

Add operation log to Application Database, and maybe backups
I'd like to suggest an operation log to the Application database, sometimes problems occur and it would be good to have a log to see the last time someone and who changed the database and maybe have a back from the last 5 databases changed within the last 5 days or so.

Add phpMyAdmin as part of a generic PHP application (or all)
I know others have posted about this before, but it's painfully obvious adminer is sub-par in comparison to phpMyAdmin in pretty much every way. So I hope you reconsider.
Currently I use manual installations of phpMyAdmin on two sub domains. Easy to set up, but requires updating once in a while.
By the way, thanks for the enhanced monitoring features.

auto update application to higher MySQL version if required by the destination server
When cloning an application to a destination server that has a higher MySQL version than the source, auto update the application to the higher version.
This would save so much time and hassle of creating an intermediary server, cloning to it, upgrading MySQL on the intermediary server and then cloning to the destination server, and then deleting the intermediary server

Ability to name folders upon application creation or rename w/o symlink
Folders are difficult to identify when accessing via FTP, and changing the name results in an additional symlinked folder which results in more clutter (e.g. 100 sites -> 200 folders). Would be nice to have a better way to name these initially or rename without a symlink. I know config files for nginx and apache would likely have to be rewritten but I would think that this could be done programmatically.

Set up application-level email, including Staging
When we make a copy of our site for staging testing, this copy retains transactional email sending functionality, which should not occur, as while the copy is for testing only and there are no changes to your database, it should not sending emails, or at least we have the option to block them,
because if we have the copy for many hours we get two sites sending emails to customers at the same time. It would be a great term for an easy way to block, as the email add-on is server-level, and this complicates a bit.1 vote -
Separate Applications by Server
My main server has a lot of applications, close to 100 which included the Staging apps as well as the apps for the main sites. I created another small server with the idea that I can clone/stage my main apps from my main server on to the new small server and have visual separation. When I clicked on the server link at the top, I selected the new server I created thinking that if I did that, I would be in that server's folder/UI. I would then click the Applications link at the top and saw a clone of my…

Password prompt for staging needs work
The password prompt for staging site doesn’t work with password managers and prompts multiple times even when entered correctly. I love the staging concept and that it’s protected by default but the current mechanism makes it difficult to actually use.

App containers
In 2019 it is absolutely a must to be able to use servers as app containers. If you are not gonna implement Docker support I suggest you enable us create apps as app containers.
So if I have one server to be able to create app specific config. It means one app can have certain version of php, mysql, node, npm, git, python, and another app completely different versions of them.
Now all apps from one server must have the same set of tools and languages which force us to use the oldest versions for our new apps because of…

Database settings available as environment variables
It would make site configuration much simpler if the configuration for an application's database host, user and password could be retrieved from the application's environment rather than having to cut'n'paste and hard-code them into configuration files in the document root.

Make the application default folder name the same as the project name
This would be really helpful, I have several websites and the folders are all named as random strings - it's confusing as hell and difficult to find the correct project quickly!
Thanks :)

Elastic Email sending logs automatically & longer date range
Please add possibility to download the log-file directly manually or send it automatically.
and with longer range backwards.
to ask CWs customer service to send the logfile is so uncomfortable.
also twice monthly, cause logfiles are max. 30days backwards downloadable.3 votes -
Update requirements for Magento 2. Can't create staging environment.
When trying to create a staging environment for my Magento 2 application I am getting the warning that my application doesn't support PHP 7.2 while it does by default. The message:
The deployed versions of PHP or MySQL on your server are incompatible with your application’s requirements. To continue, you’ll first have to update the following from Settings & Packages area:
Change your PHP version to 7.0 or 7.1.Please change the requirements so that I can successfully create a stating environment for my application. Support told me to open feedback here I really don't know why.
