Implement shared files/folders when deploying with git
It would be great if you had the ability to define shared files and folders that symlink to your deployment when you clone a repository using the "Deploy with git" tool on the dashboard.
This way we can keep config files and upload folders seperate and they are not removed when you deploy.

Be able to application specific environments variables or ignore .env / .htaccess on staging push
There is suggestions dating back to 2016,17,18 and 19 to be able to do this but still no working solution?
You are able to do this at other platforms such as at Heroku, AWS, Azure and more.
Else the staging functionality would be pretty useless or at least an hassle to deal with if you need to reset your .env every time before you push your code while using a framework.
I do under stand that the servers are hosted at other services and could be a bit tricky to set env if there apis dosen't support it.But at least…

Clone Wordpress application with correct username and password
When cloning WordPress application show correct password in access detail of the cloned application, right now if I clone an app it shows the new cred for that application which doesn't work then I have to use the targeted application cred
I know you first create the application and its cred then copy all the files from that targetted application to the cloned application, you should also update the password as well in the access panel
Right now they are creating a mess in your rest API

Multiple databases per application
I'd like to suggest that you implement the possibility to have multiple databases per application.

Disable Pagination
I find the pagination very annoying. Why make me click more to get what I want? It was better before. Please add option to disable pagination on servers and applications list.

Redirect module in cloudways
Would be great with a redirect module manager in cloudways just as kinsta to saftely handle redirects directly into the nginx and server. Instead fo messing with htaccess which can be reset by plugins etc. Safe way of adding redirects to the server:
https://kinsta.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/add-redirect-rule.png
And make it possible to tag and categorize them and specify if only live domain, both or only staging. The module should work on application level and not server level. Since users might use more than one application on the same server (not recommended) but some do.
Please cloudways this would be a great feature.

Bring back Moodle please!
Please bring back Moodle as a one click install. It's easier for people to take out hosting with a rival hosting company that does one click install than the pain of doing it manually! You're losing money by making people move to an easier option... And why did you remove Moodle and nothing else from the apps list please???

Be able to change the Application Admin Panel Credentials
Exactly what the title says!
Its very practical to be able to change the password in the Admin Panel section of Application's Page. Like so anyone who has access to cloudways panel can have access to the Applications Dashboard fast and easily without searching for the password!

establish a WebFTP so we could access files (as on dreamhost)
A WebFTP is very intuitive and makes life simple.

Auto Scaling WordPress
We need to implement Auto-Scaling WordPress applications quite often which can auto-scale depending on traffic load.

Have a Notes Section per Server/Application
A basic 'Notes' tab added to Servers/Applications to allow us to leave management notes. It would be a CRUD table with 3 columns: date (date field), user (shows user name), note (simple textarea) and a way to add a new note. As simple as it sounds, this would allow an agency to keep light tabs on certain clients instead of creating a record in their corresponding CRM system. Example note: 'Site turned off because client hasn't paid...' or 'Remember to upgrade such and such plugin' ...

Option to run custom commands after the pull from the repo
your deployment feature it's a simply git pull. it would be awesome if there will be any possibility to run custom commands after the pull from the repo (even a simply composer install would be great)

Install applications in subdomain
I feel like the system is really backward in that it is so difficult just to install a subdomain and use it? The default feature for 'additional domains' only forwards to this domain... What is the point in that?
E.g. setting up wordpress in 'www.orders.lotuslabs.com.au' should not be as complicated as it is.

Allow apps to be installed on subfolder urls
It should be possible to install an app and set its 'primary domain' as a subfolder of a domain; e.g. domain.com/some-app.
Ideally you should be able to simply set the 'primary domain' as a subfolder but if that's not possible the Cloudways stack should allow Reverse Proxy to be setup on the server in order to achieve the same thing.
At the moment, the only way to achieve this is to hack the Cloudways setup by creating up an app on a bogus url and then physically moving that app into the app folder of your route app. This unfortunately…

Mattermost as a 1-click
Add the ability for Cloudway customers to quickly set up a Self-hosted Mattermost Install. This, alongside WordPress would be the perfect solution for many Creative Agencies using the service.

Varnish for custom php apps
It would be better if varnish cache is enabled for custom php applications.
