I have migrated 10 of my clients to Cloudways and now I have 10 separate accounts I must manage and log in to. I suggest you all offer an agency account that allows you to run an "agency" with clients on their own server and own billing options. It is extremely difficult to manage 10 different accounts. Also I did not realize there was an affiliate option and now I migrated 10 clients offer and will not be receiving affiliate commissions. I would love these features. Thank You!!

Currently you only offer New Relic for app monitoring, there are today better/cheaper tools like datadog or appdynamics.

I think you should provide more alternatives and not forcing users to use new relic.

We make use of the SendGrid API, which in this case, would use an API username and the actual key as the password. The API Key is just short of 70 characters, while the Cloudways password limit is 60 characters.

Can you increase the password limit for SMTP from 60 characters to 70?

Taiga.io is one of the most popular agile team productivity app. There is a self hosted version. Would be nice if we have this in cloudways as an option to install on a server

As there is tutorial to install PHPmyadmin on separate stack but it does not work witl all applications on that server. Therefore we have to install separate PHPmyadmin for every Application on that server.
It should be introduced to work as proper Addon and works with all applications in that server.

Having direct access to the DNS add-on would have made things a lot easier. There are many different DNS setups that make it difficult to know exactly what is needed to add and or remove things. And via ticketing​ service makes it really difficult and confusing.

Not all clients need or want email accounts, especially Rackspace which costs more. We need a "free" alternative like most hosts provide.

Just to be able to forward emails without having to use the domain registrar would be very helpful.

For example a client who pays me the absolute minimum for his one page promotion site won't want to pay for Rackspace email, he just needs a basic email or forwarder to fire emails over to his gmail or work email.

How about a "Test" button on the SMTP Add on, after typing in all the configuration information? It will make debugging easier, as you don't have to test through the application..

The whole root thing drives me crazy - but i hear your reasoning. Need root to install various packages. why not let users install packages from set list of repositories ? you can always block certain ones.

I would love to move all of the clients off my existing VPS but I have about 20 clients that are used to having individual cPanel accounts. I would gladly pay the extra $$ for a license!
