Many many Wordpress plugins allow integration with Cloudflare CDN.

This is easily done if you are using your personal (even free) Cloudflare account. But if using the Cloudways Cloudflare Enterprise Add-On, you aren't given this option.

Most cache/optimization plugins just need the following:

1. Global API Key
2. Account Email
3. Zone ID

This would allow for automated cache purging when updates are made to the site.

There are other plugins, like ShortPixel's Adaptive Images that can utilize almost any CDN, but can't be integrated via Cloudway's Cloudflare Enterprise.

Tracking is optional with Elasticemail, and I do not want them rewriting links in emails or tracking clicks. Especially because we do not have access to view any of this data.(!)

i am using elastic email service as a addon and i had opted for 8000 emails/month plan but when then limit crossed i did not get any alert from cloudways from last 2 days i was facing issue of email as email were not going from my website then i checked my cloudways account before some time and found that limit has been finished for emails.

SO here i just want to advice product team that kindly make a provision to send email to customer once the limit exceeds for emails.

First I want to say that I absolutely love Cloudways! It literally changed my life. I am also super excited that you recently added the Cloudflare Enterprise add-on! The only feature that I wish Cloudways offered as another add-on is "Managed Plugin Updates" similar to Flywheel (https://getflywheel.com/add-ons/managed-plugin-updates/) with visual regression testing. In my opinion this would be one of the final pieces to an absolutely perfect WordPress hosting solution. Thank you for considering! (or maybe you are already working on building that add-on)

Currently you can only use a wildcard SSL certificate with one application, which limits its usefulness to a multi-tenant web application like WordPress Multisite.

If you setup a second application that uses a subdomain that would be covered under your wildcard SSL you unfortunately cannot use the wildcard cert.

As an example:

Application 1 has the domain example.com and a wildcard certificate *.example.com

Application 2 has the domain forum.example.com

Application 2 should be able to use the wildcard certificate from Application 1.

There is a manual cache clear button in Cloudway's control panel for clearing the Cloudflare Enterprise cache, but no way to clear this automatically.

Adding a new REST API endpoint https://developers.cloudways.com/docs/ to do this would allow developers to automate this when doing a deployment, or when clearing their application cache.

Cloudflare has a business level option to create custom name servers.
With so many enterprise options with the 'Cloudflare enterprise' add-on,
incuding the cname of secure.cloudways.cloud

I would request custom name servers to be part of the offering.
It could be as simple as cloudways.ns.cloudflare.com
or as detailed as ns.mydomain.com

Increase max storage scalability for the Amazon EC2 server or an addon for Amazon S3 Cloud Storage.

I was researching website compliance Americans with Disabilities Act Compliance (See also WCAG compliance). I see the go-to plugin seems to be Userway.org. $490 per year for the pro version with substantial compliance. I think it might be helpful to your customers (and the public at large) if you would promote such compatibility like partnering with the leader (I think its userway) and offering it to your members at a more reasonable cost, like you did with Cloudflare Enterprise. Many people think of this as an optional functionality but apparently 15% of the population has a disability of some sort.

For those of us who have large websites with respect to images, it would be very helpful to have blockstorages in dedicated clouds for these purposes, even if this means an additional cost.

Currently you get an email when you hit 70% and 100%. That's a very big gap.
A 90% limit reached lets you know when it's really critical.

Would be great a Sandbox feature integrated in cloudways Add-ons for Wordpress installation, including domain management.

This way to automate business model for and client support.

It took 3 days for support to get the body of 82 e-mails that were bounced for some reason... Ingoing and outgoing mails. We had to know the content of the e-mail since, website contact form e-mails, purchase confirmation e-mails, and so on, were not delivered.

Since this is critical to us and our clients, it would be nice, if we could have the content of e-mails in the logs.

I need to be able to sync Calendars of my Rackspace email account with outlook. This can only be done with a Rackspace email plus account. Either get this feature added to the standard account or allow an option for people with Rackspace Standard Email account to upgrade to Email Plus Account. Also add option to archive emails. So basically offer all of the Rackspace options on Cloudways for reduced price.

An Email Management Tab for each website would be so much easier for managing emails!

Give contact status control for elastic mail to alleviate deliverability issues ourselves relating to contact status.

Ability to renew Cloudways CDN SSL on the Cloudways dashboard to eliminate the need to contact support every time it is nearing its expiration.

Also, show the number of days left before the SSL certificate of both Let's Encrypt and the Cloudways CDN.
