I am currently in the process of moving my sites from cPanel based hosting env. to Vultr, DO, and Linode.

I think everything you guys offer at CW is pretty great, except you folks do not provide us with root access. That's a bummer!

I think you folks should create a new package for DevOps or just for developers who are interested in having the root access. This package will offer everything your platform offers, the custom panel, staging area, security management and stuff but it would also provide root access.

Devs would know what they are doing. You'll be able to contain more folks in this package because you won't be restricting the root access.

Since you do NOT own the hosting stack, that means the only bottleneck here is your team, which is not offering the root access to keep things secure or whatever the reason there is. I understand that, but root access means more transparency to me. It also provides me with added advantages like for example I migrated, sorted, analysed 200GBs of data from my old host to Dropbox within 4 hours at Vultr. Had I not have root access, I would not have been able to do that.

The New Relic Alert email messages sent by the system are not helpful.

The messages reference an application ID such as 'wordpress-000-00000-00000.cloudwaysapps.com.' This does me no good at all. I have more than a dozen servers, many of which have multiple apps.

Without going into each individual server and checking the cloudwaysapps addresss for each of its apps, I have no way of knowing which app is actually generating this error. These errors need to provide two pieces of additional information to be useful 1) the name of the server, and 2) the name of the app. In both cases, these names should be the ones I set for the server or app.

I am using Gmail SMTP for current server, which related email is sinoceo@hotmail.com.

Now I am testing Magento website, which when customer place order or signup, the Magento will send related email to the customer but the sender always is honestyplus@gmail, which is our Gmail account for Gmail SMTP. But we need the sender if what we setup, such as info@thumbpackaging.com for thumbpackaging.com website. So how we should setup, please? I believe it's related with the server because I am also using other server from Knownhost.com, which we launched many websites and the sender both are different according to the website, do you understand what I mean, please?

Does the Gmail SMTP can't setup for that? If we buy your SMTP, does it will be ok, please?
