I think as you have Google Cloud Platform you should have their Cloud CDN as well, so we can get the most benefit out from there.

Please provide a role that we can assign to users who would only have access to purge the CloudwaysCDN. Or at the very lease a publicly available API that allows us to purge the CDN without having to give users more access than is necessary.

With the current dashboard's capabilities, we find it better to use AWS' Cloudfront for CDN than Cloudways' own.

Integrate Cloudflare as a DNS server, when setting up a domain in the application, automatically include it through the api in the Cloudflare zone.
If possible a small panel with zone settings, if not possible, only the shortcut of adding the domain with @ and cname already greatly improves the processes.

Add load more button to apps list

Having a button to load more apps in the list will be much more useful than the paging system at the top of the page. To browse the list you have to scroll to the top, this is totally inconvenient.
So if you have a [Load more] button at the bottom of the list it will be much more practical and useful. See the image.

Currently you can only add aliases for mailboxes which requires you to pay $1/mo. per mailbox. On Rackspace directly, you can add aliases without a mailbox.

I suggest you to change SOP and add an ability to manage DNS records.
We use paid DNS Made Easy and can not manage it ourself and we can not make edits in real time. It's ridiculous.
If the SOP does not meet the needs of customers - it needs to be changed, otherwise you will lose customers.

So admin has a copy of all transactional emails. (Can be misused if your app sends login details which should be secure, but for the rest)

Please consider to expand the overview for your rackspace addon. Now I can see just the list of the email accounts, but not what aliases, forwards and other basic settings for each email account.

Your Support is so far so great and quick like a charm, but do you really need this extra work like asking each time which aliases is set and which is not working and so on? This a lot work for you, and I have also to manage all this information in an extra sheet too.

Ability to add Custom Hostname for each of the servers. I love this platform but websites that I host, I don't have access to domains and adding A record is a headache. If there was a way to add a hostname for each server would cut down on changing clients to do changes themselves.

it is not possible to wait HOURS to have a new e-mail box, same time to update/add an alias, this is pretty much dumb in 2018 even on ISP Config is nearly instant.

I'm using WordPress for all my site and when adding a CDN, I ALWAYS have to contact support to have the CORS policy reset. Google Chrome will show CORS errors in their console and fonts won't load correctly.

Can we get a checkbox in the CloudwaysCDN area to toggle the CORS policy instead of having to contact support?
