because all modern laravel applications working with google firebase, they need to GRPC php Extension to work probably, it is require to work with firebase.
please add it as a default Extension , So as not to hinder our work.

I know it's already possible to host a Node.js application and keep it running with PM2, but it would be nice to get an option to manage your Node.js applications straight from the Cloudways dashboard with PM2.

Rackspace Webmail should have option to mask original Rackspace webmail URL with CNAME with our own domain name, so to make it accessible from https://webmail.ourdomainname.com

Amazon SES is great for sending cheap mail. It can be added as a basic SMTP provider but it would be much better if CloudWays support it natively so that Bounce and Complaint will work from the system.

Amazon SES doesn't require DNS verification when someone uses one email to send mail from, it only requires Email verification though. However for multiple emails from addressing it to require DNS verification. It would amazing if CloudWays integrates DNS and other stuff from panel.

Rackspace add on is not good. All emails go to spam. I suggest to add Amazon SMTP add on service

There used to be a load testing feature. Why is it gone? I wish we still had this functionality.

The Elasticmail addoin is a convenient way of providing server-wide SMTP, but without being able to check the tracking there's no effective way to know if it's working for client delivery.

The current method of having to put in a support request for the logs is far to cumbersome to be useful.

So make those logs available in the Logs section for the Console please!

Include Object Cache Pro subscription as premium add on for a small fee - they charge $90 per month but have an agency option and have worked with other hosting companies like Pagely to offer this to their clients I believe for free as part of their hosting fee - however I would be happy to pay a small fee as it seems to double Redis object cache performance which would be great!!!

Possibility to have Elastic Email subaccounts at Cloudways customer account level.
At this moment if one of the website it`s hacked and send tons of emails, all the other websites are affected, noone wants this.

Cloudways currently supports updating domain aliases (1) but does not allow you to GET domain aliases.

This could be solved by allowing a GET on the existing "v1/app/manage/aliases" route and returning an array of existing aliases.

Bot Protection is a great idea, but the new release didn't come with any reporting tools that allow the checking of all applications with Bot Protection enabled. At the moment we have to review 70+ applications individually, which takes 30-80+ minutes to review them.

By adding a section to monitoring for the server, it would give a window into all applications at once so we can quickly identify any installation that is under threat/pressure.

Every site I have built has issues with contact form mail delivery, this should be such a simple, basic requirement, yet I'm required to jump through hoops and spend hours on live chat to get it working

It is much more cost effective than the block storage option, therefore would be very useful for WP backups.

One of the major faults of elastic emails is you can't track sending per applications or limit it per application. It's such vital information, I've opened my own account with ElasticEmails as it provides the ability to track and set so I can easily maintain the service, currently, you can't with your elasticemails addon which makes it null and void for anyone working as an agency.
