Allow Team members to clone from one client server to another of a similar type
As a web developer, while I host some of my clients on Cloudways, I also resell your hosting to clients that would prefer to own their own hosting (what I recommend they do). I have a base app template that all projects start from on my hosting environment. It is easy to clone this to create new apps on my hosting. But it would be great to be able to clone this to a client that I am a team member of as opposed to building on my environment and migrating to theirs when complete.

Show server and application name in database manager
The randomly generated application ID used to identify each app is not memorable - I am never likely to remember which ID belongs to which application. In the database manager this ID is all I can see, so it would be easy for me to accidentally make changes to the wrong database. Please add the server and application name to this UI, so I know which database I'm working on.

Need to see how many inodes I use before cloudways shut down account
Need to see how many inodes I use before cloudways shut down account. It is importent for us that we have a way how to see the used inodes. I asked support and thay gave me a difficult way to see this and I don't understand it.

Provide Birds Eye Resource Usage
It's great to be able to see resource usage/monitoring by server now, but it'd be even more helpful if we could see a birds eye view of CPU usage on the servers list page to be able to more quickly identify recent spikes or surges without having to always click through into the server.

Fix your Members system
I have a client on the platform, and they have provided me with login credentials. However, I can't login because the of the new security code implementation. It goes to their email. When they try to add me as a team member, they can't, because I've got an account already. THIS HAS TO BE FIXED. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Add purge-all-caches option to server selection UI
Currently, to purge server-level caches, we must go to Servers › Server Management › Manage Services and then clear each cache individually.
Adding an option to purge server caches to the overflow menu (the three vertical dots) at the top-level server selection screen (platform.cloudways.com/server) would reduce these 5-8 steps per server to only two clicks.

a feature to include, that would be helpful to see how much a single application on the server is costing from other deployed applications
We are running more than one application in a server. So, it would be pretty much helpful if we could know which application is costing how much!

Find App and Server based on the URL
On the page where all the applications are listed under my account;
https://platform.cloudways.com/apps
(This page already has a button which takes you to app URL)It would be great to have the application link (URL) listed here as well.
Using this it would be really easy to find a server which has the application with a particular URL.

Ability to view cron logs on demand via FTP or Cloudways Platform UI
Saves time as admins do not need to request information to confirm whether cron ran.

Add custom application logo support
The ability to change the application logo would be nice. A list of WordPress sites with very little differentiation in the console right now hinders workflow to some degree.

Simple Interface improvement...for bandwidth utilisation.
In the Server Monitoring page:
https://platform.cloudways.com/server/*yourservernumber*/monitor
Bandwidth used per month is currently stated alone. It would be much easier if bandwidth used was expressed as a fraction or a percentage of the total bandwidth available on the existing server package.
Eg.
Bandwidth usage this month is X GB of Y Gb available. X/Y x 100 = Z% used.

Create staging site from backup
Problem: Right now I have to use a third party backup solution because Cloudways built in backup solution is incomplete.
Solution: Allow users to restore a backup as a separate application or staging site. This allows us to easily see what the website looked like at any point in the past when a regression issue happens. Also allow us to download backups, so we can pull out specific files from the past without having to revert the database and loose eCommerce order data.

Add option for password protection for all apps, not just staging
This is a great feature for the staging sites, however, we often run into the instance where we are doing a new website build for a client and don't already host their primary site. In this case, we are setting up a standalone app for the new project, but would also like to have to ability to turn on password protection as if it were a staging site.

Allow the option to create a project while creating and app
n some cases we've forgotten to create a project before setting up the app, and would be nice to have to option to create one on the spot and assign it to the app that's being created.

Remove 3 character minimum from application and project names
In our case we often use 2 letter client codes for project names (e.g. AB) and it becomes a problem when naming projects and apps. Even reducing to a 2 character minimum would be ideal.
