The maximum time limie for Laravel Queue jobs is set at about 15 minutes - because the "Timeout" field only allows 3 characters.
This seems like an arbitary limit, and a failry short one for some use cases.
I'd like to increase that to at least 4 digits (almost 3 hours), or 5 (almost 28 hours) or to let us remove the limit entirely.
I know the limitations want to avoid us breaking our servers, so if there's a reason CloudWays servers can only support 15 minutes of Queue Jobs then it would be useful to have that explained somewhere.1 vote
You add suspicious login attempt, I manage 10 accounts, now I have to email owner every time I login???
It makes no sense
Allow to add email address by admin to have full access1 vote
I am constantly getting logged out of my account all day long and in every browser. If someone is working at home on a private computer, isn't there a way to stay logged in as long as one wants or at least for a few days before getting logged out. It constantly is slowing up one's workflow. Thanks.1 vote
Add MySql to new server.
I created a new server and found that it only has MariaDB inside it now. It used to have a choice of mariadb or mysql.1 vote
Need more improvements: 1. White label and resellaer option 2. LSWS cache 3. Backup storages as free cloud storages such as GDrive, OneDrive
Need more improvements:
1. White label and resellaer option
2. LSWS cache
3. Backup storages as free cloud storages such as GDrive, OneDrive (AWS S3 is expensive for large capacity)
4. Ability to create client accounts (not enough team accounts)
5. Inbuilt file manager feature.
6. Application level PHP version change facility.
7. Inbuilt load average monitoring facility.
I think that's all. If you really want to beat cPanel and Plesk.1 vote
Generally your backup option set backup for all the application on the server with same parameter if i want each website or application in server should have different parameter and backup time like i want to create 7 days backup interval for my first website and for second website 3 days backup interval and that back i can access through generated url which i can download any time..but this i can't achieve it now as you don't have this option for each application in server1 vote
the timezone database is not filled by default: so these queries fail:
SELECT CONVERT_TZ( "2019-08-26 07:06:09",'Europe/Amsterdam', 'UTC');
Please make an option to install / update the timezone database
Regarding Cloudways' account verification process, please consider changing this system. I can no longer suggest my clients to use a company that doesn't put the server online within the hour. A 24-48 hours time period to get the server online it's nonsense. You guys really need to figure out another way to do this faster and easier. Also, to send documents for account verification by email is very rudimentar, I don't see this method for account verification anywhere else. Maybe upload documents on the website? Maybe let user know how long it will actually take to get the server online? Maybe verify the account within the hour? Many things to improve there in my opinion.

Suggest removing older version of documentation on a topic -or- refer to the newer version -or- state in the most recent version what has changed. Example: The Lets Encrypt documentation has changed. The 2018 and older version talks about having to setup a DNS _acme-challenge record. The 2019 version does not mention the need for it (I like that!). But ... which version is the correct one? One would assume the latest but we all make mistakes so clarity through simplification (remove old docs) would be appreciated! Btw, Lets Encrypt feature is great!1 vote
Give at-least 1 free backup. now its not free.1 vote
At present if there are symlinks within a git repository they are not copied over into the project. An admin then needs to manually go into the app and recreate the symlinks. It would be great if those links were copied over automatically when pulling in a git repo.1 vote
Provide a support desk installation option1 vote
My verification mail does not arrive, I already tried different emails, I left message on the support and nothing. They seemed like a good company, but the support is lacking, and the registration system is very bureaucratic. If you can not even activate a subscription, how can I trust that they will take good care of my site. I found it very unkind, they lost a client. It seems that they are not even interested in selling.1 vote
I have an account with another managed service provider and I'm interested in switching to CloudWays.
The server is Vultr, and I have quite a few sites with them. Based off chat w/ support, there is no easy way to do this.
Since I have quite a few sites there, the level of effort to switch to CloudWays is putting me off from doing so.
I already use CW for one of my servers, and it'd be nice to consolidate, if the migration process would be easier.1 vote

Give color to the url text or background of a staging site to give a visual indication that you are working in the staging envornment
When working in a staging environment it is difficult to know visually if you are really there. At best the only way to know currently is to remember the cloudways assigned url. I suggest that coloring the url text or background of the url yellow (or any other color) would make it easier to know what environment one is working on. I know there is a wordpress plugin that does this so if it can't be done via the url text or background maybe some other way.1 vote
I suggest a partnership with HOSTIDIME servers because they have data centers located in Brazil, and a better price than Amazon.
It would be a great deal to offer your South American customers.1 vote

Lets say I use the $10 monthly pack today. Now how do i decide if I need more resources for my website? i.e. how do I know i need $22 /month pack as my website users have increased? I think there should be an icon on dashboard where i should be shown that I am using my resources (current plan) to full capacity and will benefit from more resources...1 vote
