  1. Create a folder outside main web folder

    For security purposes, i just want to move all uploaded files outside my main web folder.

  2. Alphabatize Server List in Dropdown

    Please alphabetize the server drop down list found at the top of the screen when viewing the details of a server. This drop down list makes it easy to move from server to server, but it is unnecessarily complicated by having to hunt through the list for what you need.

  3. Option to DELETE Team Member.

    Love the ability to add team member. However there's no way to DELETE a team member. Once this team member is added, his/her email is forever associated as a team member to one Cloudway account and there's no way to use this email username for another Cloudways account. Yikes!

  4. get rid of the cell phone requirement

    So I just signed into your service and I know it may be unbelievable but I don't have a cell phone number. I don't see the point of the requirement I could go buy a sim card for $2 - $5 but I honestly just dislike cell phones. I had to enter my wife's number in order to activate my account. I have accounts with both linode and digital ocean and didn't have an issue setting up the account without a cell phone but for some reason it's a problem for you guys. Really dumb. You should remove any impediment…

    Thanks for the feedback! We also have a manual verification process through which we enable accounts without cell phone numbers. However we have activated your account and you may have received an email already with the details. One of our account manager is personally contacting you shortly.
