  1. Email alerts - technical alerts to one email id and server and billing related alerts to other

    I would like to register two email addresses on cloudways account. One would be only for IT technical issues and the other one would be only for financial issues. So all payment alerts and emails would be sent to financial department email id and all emails about technical issues would be sent to our IT department email.

  2. Trial Account expires after deleting a server

    I was setting up a trial account to evaluate Cloudways. I created a server on DigitalOcean, but noticed only after creation that the default location was set to London.

    Being in the US, I wanted to recreate it in the SF or NY zone. So I clicked to delete the server.

    Immediately after deleting, I was presented with a message stating that my 14-day trial account was now expired... just minutes in.

    I'm fine with a one server limit, but I would expect that to be limited to one simultaneous instance.

    In lieu of that, it would have been nice…

  3. Receive alert also in mobile with SMS (In case the services are stucked)

    "In case the services are stucked , then our system automatically generates an email on your provided email address."

    I suggest to receive the alert also in my mobile with SMS,
    just to prevent downtimes, faster,

  4. I would like to see a strong FAQ section.

    it would be great if you guys can provide a well FAQ section for the supports that you will cover and what not in your Free support section.

  5. Add option to be notified about all team activities via email

    It's easy to forget to mention all team members is ticket creation form. Would be nice to have team member setting that enables notification about all activities going on: new tickets, ticket updates, comments etc.

  6. Ping server locations

    Please add a tool in CW website - probably near the server location selector - that helps us to ping the server locations from browser, to make it easier to select the best server location for our site.

    I have visited Live chat multiple times and found that Ticket is only created when account is created as a registered user if possible please add How to create a ticket in 3 day trial account and add all the features of a registered user in the 3 day trial account . Secondly please also add a tutorial on Linux that how Linux is used in cloudways platform and please add the guide with screenshots of Linux CLI
