SFTP Mode Like Pantheon
One thing I love about Pantheon is that it already has a GIT server. Secondly, the most fantastic part is that it doesn't add any code in the install until its committed through pantheon's dashboard... in short mimics GIT Push.

Email alerts (server down, disk ...) to all team members (not only primary email)
I want the option to send server related emails (server down time, important updates related to server, important notification etc. all) to be send to emails that are added under team option.

Add bank transfer as post-payment and add funds method
It would be nice if we could add funds or be billed trough a Bank transfer or PayPal. Some (of my) clients are not comfortable to give their CB numbers...

Two factor authentication deactivation (in case of device loss)
It would be nice to deactivate the two factor authentification by proving our identity in case we lose our phone or device we use. Now we have to pass through the chat and it would be nice if it were more automatic.

Allow markup of a servers cost and send the bill to client
We manage websites for our clients and would like the ability to add a client as a billing team member so they get the invoice. however we would like to be able to set a markup cost to the server to cover our management costs.

Client subscriptions
As we have clients websites on our server we need some way to make sure that they do not use more space etc. than what their subscription offers. Would you consider offering that option?

Ping server locations
Please add a tool in CW website - probably near the server location selector - that helps us to ping the server locations from browser, to make it easier to select the best server location for our site.

Verification information should be made more clear...
Guys, this verification thing is not made clear enough on your website. (Yes I saw the small notification messages and information, still I somehow waited for some email, from prior hosting account experiences: "your hosting is ready, is being prepared, and so and so.") Maybe you should still send an email regarding this.
Because "if you don't open this chatbox YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE VERIFIED and YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTHING FROM US" should be made clear enough.

DBaaS (MariaDB and MySQL)
Offer Database as a Service. This will greatly help us offload server load and be able to scale easily without the fear of data corruption. DBaaS will improve web server performance. Maybe this can be integrated.

Add ability to zoom inside Monitoring graphs
Since we can't have access to the server logs, it would be great to be able to zoom into the broader monitoring graphs to get a better idea of the server's performance.
For example if I'm looking at CPU usage for a Month, it is averaged, so I don't really see the actual numbers. Granularity gets lost ... It would be very useful to be able to zoom into the first week/day/hour of the month, since the logs for this are already there.

Queue for API tasks (API multitasks)
Currently if I need to:
- Clone
- Set label
- Set Domain
- Set Aliases
- Set SSL
- Set something else...
for the same application, I have to control the queue remotely, which is hard to implement since the connection may be simply lost and as a result we may simply not get any task completed at all.
It would be just great if we could send you several requests on the API at the same time and see the result of the whole queue.

Have an option so I give my webadmin's cloudways account full access to my server and application.

Have the ability to change ownership of server to another cloudways account
It would be great if we can just change ownership of a server. For example, my account. I am using my company Google account to handle our servers, etc on cloudways but maybe it needs to be owned by a generic company account in the event there is employee turnover or I leave the company. Then there would be no way to fully access the servers under my account that the company may need to access if, my account is ever removed.
