  4. Increase the amount of cronjobs in the CRON JOB MANAGEMENT-> Advanced

    Right now the Advanced cronjob UI allows a limited amount of cronjobs to be added and on top of that the user needs to add cronjobs through ssh. the problem with that is that non technical employees can struggle with the ssh and the administration of the cronjobs is much more difficult compare to the nice visual way of the relatively simplistic advanced cronjob view (I doesn't do any validations etc - but never mind :-)). this issue is quite critical for us as we add quite some cronjobs and we stopped doing that because of this issue. so please…

  8. Email Notification Incorrectly Notes "Let's Encrypt" Certificate Renewed

    I recently updated my paid wildcard certificate on several subdomains. I got an email which is entitled:
    "Alert: Let's Encrypt certificate successfully renewed for app subdomain.mydomain.com"

    I didn't have Let's Encrypt enabled before nor did I switch to Let's Encrypt. I installed an updated version of my existing certificate.

    This should be fixed.

  11. Add timezone option to Monitoring graphs so can see peaks in local time, not UTC

    The Monitoring graphs for servers are useful, but requires mental math to correlate peaks with events i'm aware of in local time. Please add an option to display the graphs in local timezone, instead of UTC.

  12. You need to add a scheduler which 'stop' & 'start' server automatically.

    I am a technical person, and I am suggesting one important change, and that is: I my am stopping and starting my server manually. So you need to add a scheduler which 'Start' & 'Stop" Server automatically because it is very hard to start server on fix time.   13. Account switcher doesn't work unless you logout and then back in

    I'm a developer who manages many servers. Including servers on multiple Cloudways accounts. I've noticed for the past couple months that the account switcher (the dropdown to the right of the Cloudways logo) doesn't work unless I just logged in. If I haven't just logged in it gives me a "You are not authorized to perform this action" error after attempting to switch to a different account. So I have to log out and log back in every time I want to switch accounts.

  16. Update Laravel brand logo on the application select

    The current logo used by Cloudways for the Laravel application is outdated and was replaced early 2019.

    The current Laravel logo can be found at https://github.com/laravel/art

    Updating this logo would be awesome and keep in-line with Laravel's current branding.

  17. Redirect after login

    We often will hand team members urls to our servers or applications in cloudways, eg: https://platform.cloudways.com/server/999999/access_detail
    If they're not logged in (which is likely due to the short logout-timeout), they have to log in, which brings them to the main page for the account, rather than redirecting to the url they originally went to...

    The workflow should be like other sites, eg:
    - go to https://platform.cloudways.com/server/99999/access_detail
    - site redirects you to the login panel
    - after successfully logging in, it redirects you back to https://platform.cloudways.com/server/9999/access_detail

    Hi. It would be very useful to have a button to flush Redis cache, since you published a tutorial about that software, but there isn't a simple option to clear it when something goes wrong with WordPress (e.g. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/blank-homepage-after-update-to-2-0-9/)

  19. Feature Request - Indicate if application is enabled in 'Applications' dashboard / tab

    I sometimes spin up demo apps for clients but then don't hear back (or other reasons) - I don't feel comfortable deleting the apps but would like to quickly turn off 'stale' ones & test the waters

    It would be amazing if I could just see a red/green indicator or even better a toggle switch to enable or disable the app on this page https://platform.cloudways.com/apps

    ie: the 'APPLICATION ACCESS' flag

  20. Verifying Phone Number

    Tried verifying my phone number. However, after selecting my country, the website doesn't offer an option to enter the country code. As a result, there's considerable time lost, wasted in repeated attempts as you want it to succeed one-time and move on to create new business.

    Would appreciate if you set all such sign up and sign in steps to error free, simple progression.
